Complex-$1$ of Electron Transport System [ETS] is NADH dehydrogenase which oxidises NADH produced in mitochondnal matrix during citric cycle. Complex-1 $V$ of ETS refers to cytochrome-c oxidase complex contains cytochrome $-a_{3}$ and a and two copper centres.
