Solution:

Diploxylic vascular bundle is found in rachis and leaflet of Cycas, ie, centripetal and centrifugal xylem are present at same time. The vascular bundle of stem are conjoint collateral and open with endarch (centrifugal) xylem.
In the normal and coralloid roots of Cycas the xylem is exarch.
