Using the formula
$V=\frac{1}{4 \pi \varepsilon_{0}} \frac{Z e}{r}$
(for hydrogen nuclear $Z=1$
$e=1.6 \times 10^{-19} C$
$r=0.53 \times 10^{-10} m$)
$=\frac{9 \times 10^{9} \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19} \times 1}{0.53 \times 10^{-10}}$
$=27.2\, V$
