$B_{0}=\frac{E_{0}}{c}=\frac{48}{3 \times 10^{8}}=16 \times 10^{-8} T$
$B_{ rms }=\frac{B_{0}}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{16 \times 10^{-8}}{\sqrt{2}}$
$=8 \sqrt{2} \times 10^{-8} T$
