Solution:

Using $\frac{E_s}{E_p} = \frac{N_s}{N_p} : E_s = \frac{N_s}{N_p} \times E_p$
Putting the given values $E_s = \frac{5000}{500} \times 20$ = 200 V
Frequency in a transformer remains the same so the output frequency is 50 Hz.
