Time for maximum displacement $t=0.17\, s$ Time period $T$ for one vibration
$=4 t=4 \times 0.17=0.68\, s$
Frequency $=\frac{1}{\text { time period }(T)}=\frac{1}{0.68} $
$=1.47\, Hz$
