Solution:

$\because |z_1 + z_2 + ... + z_n| \le |z_1| + |z_2| + ... + |z_n|$
$\therefore |z_1 + z_2 + (5 + 12 i)| \le |z_1| + |z_2| + |5 + 12i|$
$= 2 + 3 + 13 = 18$
