$\therefore$ Length of cuboid $=10+10=20 \mathrm{~cm}$
Breadth of cuboid $b=10 \mathrm{~cm}$
Height of cuboid $\mathrm{h}=10 \mathrm{~cm}$
$\therefore$ Total surface area of cuboid $=2(l b+b h+h l)$
$ =2(20 \times 10+10 \times 10+10 \times 20) $
$=2(200+100+200) $
$ =1000 \mathrm{~cm}^2$
