$h v_{L}=E\left[\frac{1}{12}-\frac{1}{\infty}\right]=E$
$h v_{P}=E\left[\frac{1}{5^{2}}-\frac{1}{\infty}\right]=\frac{E}{25}$
$\Rightarrow v_{P}=\frac{v_{L}}{25}$
