$\therefore \omega =\frac{2 \pi}{T}=\frac{2 \times(22 / 7)}{60}=0.1047 rad / s$
$ v=r \omega=\left(3 \times 10^{-2}\right) \times 0.1047$
$=0.00314 \,m \,s ^{-1} $
