v= constant
$\therefore \lambda \propto\frac{1}{m}$
Correct order of masses : $m_{\alpha}>\,m_{n}>\,m_{p}>\,m_{e}$
$\therefore $ correct order of wavelength : $\lambda_{\alpha}<\,\lambda_{n}<\lambda_{p}<\,\lambda_{e}$
