$ \frac{1}{C''}=\frac{1}{C'}+\frac{1}{60} $
$ \frac{1}{30}=\frac{1}{C'}+\frac{1}{60} $
$ \frac{1}{C'}=\frac{1}{30}-\frac{1}{60} $
