$\frac{ x ^{2}}{25}+\frac{ y ^{2}}{\lambda^{2}}=1$
$\pi ab =\pi \cdot 5 \cdot|\lambda|=20\, \pi$
$|\lambda|=4 \Rightarrow \lambda=\pm 4$
