$ {{n}^{2}}=10\left[ \frac{m}{km} \right]{{\left[ \frac{s}{h} \right]}^{-2}} $ $ =10\left[ \frac{m}{1000m} \right]{{\left[ \frac{s}{3600s} \right]}^{-2}} $ $ =129600 $
