$\displaystyle\sum_{r=1}^n t_r=2 \displaystyle\sum_{r=1}^n t^2+\displaystyle\sum_{r=1}^n 3=\frac{2 n(n+1)(2 n+1)}{6}+3 n$
Put $n=10$
