Solution:

If stem has $2 n=10$ number of chromosomes, then
Endosperm $=3 n=5 \times 3=15$ chromosomes.
Egg cell $=1 n=1 \times 5=5$ chromosomes.
Polar nuclei $=2 n=2 \times 5=10$ chromosomes.
