$\Rightarrow \frac{\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}}{1+\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}} \times 100=50$
$\Rightarrow \frac{\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}}{1+\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}}=\frac{1}{2}$
so, $\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}=1,$ so it is a ring
