Solution:

For OV,
$\frac{R}{r}\left(\text { i. e. } \frac{r_{\oplus}}{r_{\ominus}} \text { or } \frac{r_{\text {void }}}{r_{\Theta}}\right)=0.414$
$\therefore \frac{r}{R}=\frac{1}{0.414}=2.41$
