Solution:
$n( A \cap B )^{\prime} \cap A =n A ^{\prime} \cup B ^{\prime} \cap A$
$=n A ^{\prime} \cap A \cup B ^{\prime} \cap A$
$=n B ^{\prime} \cap A$
$=n( A )-n( A \cap B )$
$\Rightarrow n( A \cap B )^{\prime} \cap A =10-4=6$
