Solution:

$ l=14 \pi \text { and } r=45 \mathrm{~cm} $
$ l=\frac{x}{360} \times 2 \pi r $
$ 14 \pi=\frac{x}{360} \times 2 \times \pi \times 45$
$ x=\frac{14 \times 360}{2 \times 45} $
$\therefore x=56$
