Solution:

Given, $\textit{A}$ : Lotuses are Pink and
$\textit{B}$ : The Earth is a planet.
So,
$\sim \textit{A}$ : Lotuses are not Pink
$\sim \textit{A}\lor \textit{B}:\left(\sim \textit{A}\right)$ or $\textit{B}$
Hence, it is equivalent to lotuses are not pink or the Earth is a planet.
