When Wheatstone bridge is balanced,
$\frac{P}{Q}=\frac{R}{S} $ or $ \frac{P}{R}=\frac{Q}{S}$
If the galvanometer is replaced with a cell in balanced Wheatstone bridge, the condition for balanced bridge will be $P / R=Q / S$, which is there.
Hence, balance point will remain unchanged, where galvanometer shows no current.
