: There are four different blood groups in human beings which are designated as $ O,\text{ }A,\text{ }B $ and AB. The genotype of these blood groups will be- Group $ A-AA $ or $ Ao $ Group $ B-BB $ or $ Bo $ Group $ AB-AB $ Group $ O-Oo $ Thus when father has the blood group A and the mother has the blood group $ O $ , there are only two blood groups i.e., A and $ O $ are possible in the progeny.
