Direction of propagation of Electromagnetic waves is perpendicular to electric field and magnetic field. Hence direction is given by pointing
vector $\vec{S}=\vec{E}\times\vec{H}=\frac{\vec{E}\times\vec{B}}{\mu_{0}}.$
