$ [V]=[M{{L}^{2}}{{T}^{-3}}{{A}^{-1}}] $
$ \therefore $ $ [C{{V}^{2}}]=[{{M}^{-1}}{{L}^{-2}}{{T}^{4}}{{A}^{2}}]{{[M{{L}^{2}}{{T}^{-3}}{{A}^{-1}}]}^{2}} $
$ =[M{{L}^{2}}{{T}^{-2}}] $
