Refractive index
$n=\sqrt{\mu_{r} \varepsilon_{r}}=\frac{\lambda_{\text {air }}}{\lambda_{\text {medium }}}$
Or $\lambda_{\text{med }}=\frac{\lambda_{\text {air }}}{\sqrt{\mu_{r} \varepsilon_{r}}}=\frac{\lambda}{\sqrt{4}}=\frac{\lambda}{2}$
