Solution:
$\ce{ $\underset{\text{ 1 -x}}{\ce{I_{2} }}$ <=> $\underset{\text{ 2x }}{\ce{ 2 I^{-} }}$ }$
$K_c = \frac{(2x)^2}{(1-x)} = 10^{-6}$
