Coulomb force, also called electrostatic force or Coulomb interaction is the attraction or repulsion of particles or objects because of their electric changes. The nuclear force it responsible for the attractive forces that binds the elementary particles called quarks together to form the nucleons (protons and neutrons) themselves.
