Ovary is part of the female reproductive organ of the flower and encloses the ovule. The ploidy level is 2n. Anther is the lobed structure found on stamen where pollen grains are produced and anther has 2n as ploidy level. Pollen grain is the male gametophyte having the male gamete. Its ploidy is same as the male gametic cell that is n.
Zygote is 2n as it is formed by fusion of the male and female gamete (egg cell) which each have the ploidy level of n.
