Statements I and IV are correct statements.

I. When DNA is hydrolysed adenine and thymine are obtained in equal quantities because these two are bonded by H-bonds.

II. When RNA is hydrolysed, adenine and uracil are obtained in unequal quantities.

III. Amylose is an unbranched polymer with $200- 1000\, \alpha- D (+)$ - glucose units that are held together by $C _{1}- C _{4}$ glycosidic linkage.

IV. Addison's disease is due to the abnormal functioning of adrenal cortex. It is caused by deficiency of minerals corticoids.
