Cyclotron frequency $n=\frac{1}{T}=\frac{v}{2 \pi r}$
or $n=\frac{v}{2 \pi}\left(\frac{B q}{m v}\right)$
$\left[\because r=\frac{m v}{B q}\right]$
or $n=\frac{B q}{2 \pi m}$
Thus, cyclotron frequency does not depend upon the speed of the charged particle.
