Solution:

Chrysophytes are fresh water organisms with indestructible cell wall. Gonyaulax is a Dinoflagellate which has a stiff cell wall and is autotrophic. Paramoecium is found in sea, marine and fresh waters and are neither photosynthetic nor do they possess a cell wall. Euglenoids are found in stagnant waters and are autotrophic but with no cell wall.
