Solution:

As on increasing temperature velocities increase but fraction of molecules having these velocities decrease. As $V_{r m s}$ is highest velocity but possessed by least number of molecules and $V_{m p s}$ is least velocity but possessed by maximum molecules, hence $A-V_{\text{mp}};B-V_{\text{av}};C-V_{\text{rms}}$
