There are five different types of antibodies which are secreted by plasma cells in our body. Their concentration are:
IgG (monomer) $=65-75\%$ ,
IgA (dimer) $= \, 10\%,$
IgM (pentamer) $= \, 5-10\%,$
IgD (monomer) $= \, 2-3\%$ ,
IgE (monomer) = less than 1%
