Hyposecretion of steroidal hormones like cortisol and aldosterone (secreted from adrenal cortex) from adrenal glands leads to Addison's disease. The hypersecretion of cortisol (glucocorticoid) leads to Cushing's disease. Dwarfism is a hormonal disorder that occurs due to low secretion of growth hormone in adults.
