Solution:

Preparation of Hydrogen peroxide includes laboratory method and industrial method.
In industrial method Hydrogen peroxide ia prepared from electrolytic process, in which $30\%$ ice cold sulphuric acid is electrolyzed at high current density, then, peroxydisulphate is obtained,which on hydrolysis gives hydrogen peroxide.
Following reaction take place on electrolysis of sulphuric acid.
$2HSO_{4}^{-} \rightarrow H_{2}S_{2}O_{8}+2e^{-}H_{2}S_{2}O_{8}+H_{2}O \rightarrow H_{2}O_{2}+H_{2}SO_{4}$
Thus answer is option $2$
