Solution:

$2N_{2}H_{4}\left(\right.aq\left.\right)+H_{2}\left(SO\right)_{4}\left(\right.aq\left.\right) \rightarrow 2N_{2}H_{5}^{+}\left(\right.aq\left.\right)+SO_{4}^{2 -}\left(\right.aq\left.\right)$
$m_{N_{2} H_{4}}=\frac{32 \times 2 \times 250 \times 0 . 2}{1000}g=3.2g$
