Solution:

In diplontic life cycle main plant body is diploid sporophyte and gametophyte is small not free living structure. Diplontic life cycle occurs in gymnosperm, angiosperm and some brown algae. Cycas, Cedrus and Sequoia are gymnosperm. Fucus is a Brown algae which shows diplontic life cycle.
