General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements

Solution:

Haematite $\left( Fe _{2} O _{3}\right)$, magnetite $\left( Fe _{3} O _{4}\right)$ and limonite $\left(2 Fe _{2} O _{3} .3 H _{2} O \right)$ are oxide minerals. Iron pyrites $\left( FeS _{2}\right)$ is a sulphide mineral and siderite $\left( FeCO _{3}\right)$ is carbonate mineral.
