Solution:
Double salt (such as Mohr salt) dissociate into simple substances or ions completely when dissolved in water. Mohr' salt is
$FeSO_4 . (NH_4)2SO_4 . 6HzO$
$FeSO_4 . (NH_4)_2SO_4 . 6HzO \xrightarrow[{\text{water}}]{\text{Exces of }} Fe^{2+} + 2NH_4^+ 2SO_4^{2-} + 6H_2O$
So, total ions dissociated 5.
