Solution:

$Q=i \times t$
Here, $i=100 \,m A=\frac{1}{10}-A$
$i=\frac{1}{2} h=\frac{1}{2} \times 60 \times 60=1800\, s$
$Q=\frac{1}{10} \times 1800=180 \,C$
