Solution:

Diploid cell of human consists of 46 chromosomes, thus during meiosis it forms 23 bivalents. Bivalents are pair of homologous chromosomes formed during zygotene of meiosis. Each chromosome consists of one centromere, a bivalent consists of two chromosome thus it consists of two centromere.
