Solution:

During formation of 1 molecule of acetyl CoA from 1 molecule of pyruvic acid, one dehydrogenation reaction occurs and the hydrogen liberated is accepted by NAD+ forming $N A D H^{+}H^{+}$ . Through ETS, 1 $N A D H^{+}H^{+}$ produces three molecule of ATP.
