Solution:
$T_{1} V_{1}^{\gamma-1} =T_{2} V_{2}^{\gamma-1} $
$T_{2} =\left(\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}\right)^{\gamma-1} T_{1} $
$ T_{2} =\left(\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}\right)^{\frac{5}{3}-1} \times 300 $
$T_{2} =\left(\frac{8}{1}\right)^{2 / 3} \times 300$
$=4 \times 300 $
$=1200 K =927^{\circ} C $
