Sinu-auricular (SA) node is also called as pace maker, node of keith and flack, heart of heart, brain of heart, pulsation centre. Heart beat is originated from pace-maker. It is located in the right wall of right atrium below the opening of superior vena cava. This is the place, where sinus venosus is incorporated in the wall of right atrium in the embryo.
