Haemodialysis is use to remove excretory waste product from blood as in case of kidney failure, if kidney is not properly works urea level is increases in blood. This condition known as uremia. In haemodialysis the patients blood is passed through disposable dialyser and is then returned to body by the intravenous route. Haemodialysis works like kidney. So it is also known as artificial kidney.
