Solution:

Proximal convoluted tubule $(PCT)$ is involved with complete reabsorption of glucose by active transport and reabsorption of most of the amino acids and vitamin $C , Na ^{+}(70 \%), K ^{+}$ $(75 \%)$ and a large amount of $Ca ^{2-}$ from glomerular filtrate.
