Solution:

Glucose and fructose both of them does not undergo hydrolysis and both of them are monosaccharides $ \because $ glucose has aldehyde group, it reduces Tollen's reagent to silver mirror. Fructose has ketonic group, it does not form silver mirror with Tollen's reagent
