Motion in a Plane

Solution:

If $\overrightarrow{P} + \overrightarrow{Q} = \overrightarrow{P} - \overrightarrow{Q}$ . Then $\overrightarrow{Q} = - \overrightarrow{Q}$ .
Which is possible when $\overrightarrow{Q} = \overrightarrow{0}$ (i.e., null vector) .
