Ploidy of endosperm is 3n and it is formed by triple fusion, in which second male gamete fuses with two polar nuclei present in the central cell of embryo sac. If the male parent is TT than male gamete will have T and female parent is tt than two polar nuclei will have t and t. thus genotype of endosperm is Ttt.
